Delivery Process
After your order is confirmed and the invoice is generated, a customer service representative will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
Standard delivery is typically completed within 5 working days after the order is placed.
Orders placed:
- After 7:00 PM (UAE time)
- During non-working hours (7:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
- On UAE public holidays
will be processed on the next working day.
While we always aim to deliver on time, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, our team will notify you and arrange the next available delivery slot.
Delivery Charges
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery under the following conditions:
- Within Dubai: Free delivery on all orders
- Other Emirates: Free delivery on orders above AED 2,000
Delivery Charges for Orders Below AED 2,000
The following delivery fees apply for orders under AED 2,000:
- Abu Dhabi: AED 150
- Sharjah: AED 150
- Ajman: AED 150
- Other Emirates: AED 200
