At DININQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Period

Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the delivery date.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased online. Items bought in-store are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned with the original packaging, box, and labels as received.
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Please note that DININQ reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products returned after 3 days from the delivery date
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Items that have been used, damaged, assembled, or modified
  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as unwrapped bed linens, pillows, mattresses, sheets, comforters, duvet covers, memory foam products, towels, and bathrobes
  • Products showing signs of misuse, wear, or damage, even if still within the warranty period

Additionally, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at our showroom.

Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for payments made via debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) will be returned to the same card used for the purchase.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • A pickup fee will apply for returned items and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
